1/2 red onion, chopped
3 Tbsp. chopped cilantro or parsley
1 Tbsp. honey
1 tsp. lime zest
1 Tbsp. lime juice
1/2 tsp. red pepper flakes

- Grill the pineapple over medium heat until it has distinct grill marks (about 5 minutes). Let cool and chop into 1/2" pieces.
- Mix the chopped pineapple with the cilantro, honey, lime juice, and red pepper flakes. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
- Refrigerate for at least one hour.
