Banana Mango Smoothie

Ingredients

1 very ripe banana, peeled
1  mango, peeled and sliced
1/2 c. skim milk
2 c. ice
1/4 tsp. nutmeg (freshly grated, if possible)


Directions

Place all ingredients in blender and blend on high speed until thoroughly combined. Divide into 2 glasses and sprinkle with nutmeg.
